Order Cardinals tickets and didn't receive them until 30 minutes after the game started. Still two weeks later have not received my refund.
Don't bother with "customer support" because there isn't any. There is no phone number you can call. There is no live chat. They have an FAQ page and if your answer isn't there, tough luck. There is an email, but it sent an auto reply saying to check the FAQs. By the time someone did actually reply to the email it was 30 minutes before the event and I was out $350. Done with them.
I used to really love this app cause I could track concerts or events that I might want to go to. Now the app doesn't track my events and completely erased them. I started tracking events again but as soon as you close the app it just erases all your tracked events and u have to start all over again. Ugh 😫😫!!!

They what to charge you 50% upcharge for a service. Should be illegal if you ask me. For 2 ..100$ tickets they want to charge me 300+$ something is wrong with this picture..
